Now, we are ready to get into the nitty gritty of ALL the things you would get from this program. First, I will be your coach and am here to answer any questions you may have and help you reach your heath and fitness goals. I will be motivating you along the way, but there will also be an accountability group, where everyone is signed up for a program and cheering each other on to success. It's more than just workouts because we all know real change happens in the kitchen. Each workout plan comes with a meal plan. There is also a new program 2B, which helps you with the mindset of eating healthy. If you struggle with emotional eating. I recommend signing up for this! You will also get a months worth of nutrient dense, superfood shakes and/or a supplement line to help with energy and recovery for your workouts. All of this is cheaper than a gym membership and definitly cheaper than a nutritionist or personal trainer!
